PNG Peabury $39kg
The Peaberry is a rounded bean from an occasional coffee cherry which contains but one seed instead of the usual flat pair. Favoured among roasters because of its shape, it literally rolls around the roasting drum. The New Guinea Peaberry as well as being a rich, smooth taste also exudes signs of spice and fine acidity.
