A distinctive Rwandan natural-process microlot produced by smallholder farmers associated with the COOPAC cooperative. Grown in Rwanda’s high-altitude Western Province, this coffee showcases the vibrant fruit character and sweetness often found in carefully processed Rwandan naturals.
Best For: Pour Over V60, Filter, Batch Brew, AeroPress, Espresso and Long Black. Not suitable with milk.
As a Pour Over or filter coffee expect an expressive cup with cooked red grape, mellow caramel and fresh stone-fruit flavours, with a juicy acidity and a syrupy sweetness, The natural processing brings additional complexity and a lingering, sweet finish.
As an espresso you will experience a vibrant cup where the fresh stone fruit, vanilla, cooked passion fruit flavours will really shine through with an amazing lingering syrupy sweetness to finish.

In – 16g / Out – 250g
Time – 3min20sec
Temp – 92 degrees Celsius
Espresso Recipe:
In – 22g / Out – 50g (2.27 ratio if adjusting to smaller basket).
Time: 25 – 27sec (If your machine permits try 5sec “soft” pre-infusion)
Temp: 97 degrees Celsius
